Gabriella’s passion lies with businesses in their growth phases. She helps clients blend creativity with strategy, reaching the right people with the right stuff. When she’s not heating up a cup of tea 73 seconds before a meeting starts, you can find her antiquing at a local thrift shop with her wife, reading her favorite book (again), or asking her pup, Aspen, "what’s in your mouth?" for the 20th time that day.

Shelly is Brilliant Metrics’ back office, focusing on accounting, HR, and in-house IT. Even with 18 years in these fields, she is a self-proclaimed life long learner with a passion for “outside the box” workplace environment and culture strategies. She has lived in Western NY all of her life enjoying the scenery of all 4 seasons with her 3 daughters. She is an advocate for Sensory Processing Disorder awareness. Her newest adventure is college visits with her oldest daughter who recently started her senior year of high school.

Elizabeth has over two decades of marketing experience in industries including manufacturing, healthcare, SaaS, hospitality and tourism. She leads the account team in delivering excellence to clients, and helps keep Brilliant Metrics marching forward. When not working, she explores north Idaho with her husband and two kids, roots for the Kansas City Chiefs and drinks more coffee than her doctor recommends.

An extensive list maker, Elizabeth likes to match the pen she uses to the outfit she is wearing.

Steve Robinson

Founder/CEO

Bio:

After 10 years in software development, Steve spent the last 15 in marketing (though he still codes now and then). He leads the Brilliant Metrics team in all we do, and you’ll also find him in classrooms or workshops, sharing and helping other marketers grow. When not at work, he tag-teams with his wife to wrangle their three kids, serves as Cubmaster of his kids' Pack, or DIYs projects around the house.
