Emily is Brilliant Metrics’ back office, focusing on accounting and HR. With 17 years in both fields, she is a self-proclaimed numbers nerd with a passion for a relaxed, fair and fun workplace.  Newly relocated from Alabama to Maryland, she spends free time exploring nearby beautiful and historic sites with her husband and son. When not touring new stomping grounds, she’s an ardent advocate for Autism Awareness.

Emily can pat her head and rub her tummy at the same time, but is unable to text and walk simultaneously.

Chris has spent his career at the crossroads of strategy, digital and technology. He’s helped drive digital transformations from the agency, corporate and client sides of the desk. He’s been an adjunct faculty member at local and national institutions for nearly 20 years teaching courses such as digital marketing, critical thinking, management and MBA capstones. Chris taps into this experience to lead some of the Brilliant Metrics workshops around demand generation, account-based marketing and more. When not at work, you can find him dreaming of his favorite city, London, or planning his next trip there.

Chris has been to over 500 concerts in 14 different states. He’s seen AC/DC and the Zac Brown Band (both several times) and hundreds of other bands in between.

Chris is a Green Bay Packers season ticket holder and a fan of his alma mater’s football team, the Notre Dame Fighting Irish. He’s served on boards at Notre Dame, been a guest speaker there and is very active with the ND Club of Milwaukee.

When not working, she explores north Idaho with her husband and two kids, roots for the Kansas City Chiefs and drinks more coffee than her doctor recommends.

An extensive list maker, Elizabeth likes to match the pen she uses to the outfit she is wearing.

After 10 years in software development, Steve spent the last 15 in marketing (though he still codes now and then). He leads the Brilliant Metrics team in all we do, and you’ll also find him in classrooms or workshops, sharing and helping other marketers grow. When not at work, he tag-teams with his wife to wrangle their three kids, serves as Cubmaster of his kids' Pack, or DIYs projects around the house.

Steve can sing the alphabet backwards and made sure to teach this important skill to his children.
