Even with 18 years in these fields, she is a self-proclaimed life long learner with a passion for “outside the box” workplace environment and culture strategies.  She has lived in Western NY all of her life enjoying the scenery of all 4 seasons with her 3 daughters.  She is an advocate for Sensory Processing Disorder awareness.  Her newest adventure is college visits with her oldest daughter who recently started her senior year of high school.

After 10 years in software development, Steve spent the last 15 in marketing (though he still codes now and then). He leads the Brilliant Metrics team in all we do, and you’ll also find him in classrooms or workshops, sharing and helping other marketers grow. When not at work, he tag-teams with his wife to wrangle their three kids, serves as Cubmaster of his kids' Pack, or DIYs projects around the house.
